Introduction
Active slope protection net system:
In order to limit the weathering, spalling and destruction of rock and soil on the slope, as well as rock collapse (reinforcement), or rock fall within a certain range of movement (enclosure).Texture of material:
Steel wire rope, ordinary steel wire grille (often called wire grille) and TECCO high strength steel wire grille.
Structure:
The first two are fixed by wire rope anchor and/or supporting rope, the latter by reinforcing steel bar (prestressing force can be applied) and/or wire rope anchor (with edge supporting rope), special anchor pad and edge supporting rope when necessary.
Product characteristics:
It is similar to the spray anchor and soil nail wall in principle, but because of its flexible characteristics, the system can transfer the local concentrated load to the surrounding uniform material: wire mesh, ordinary wire grille (commonly called wire grille) and TECCO high-strength wire grille to give full play to the protection capacity of the whole system, that is, local load. As a whole, the system can withstand larger loads and reduce the anchorage requirements of single bolts.
Simple types of active protective nets:
Edge (or upper) wire rope anchor + support rope + suture rope (D0/08/300 wire rope mesh + anchorage + support rope (or transverse) upper and lower) edge (or upper) wire rope anchor + support rope + suture rope (D0/08/300 wire rope mesh + anchorage + up and down along (or transverse) support rope).
Active protective network configuration:
Steel wire rope, wire rope anchor rod, supporting rope, suture rope, wire mesh grid.
